One day, at the end of 2015, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the stranger staring back at me.
Instead, I saw the reflection of all the masks I’d worn throughout my life. Fragments of all the people I had met and tried to please with my decisions, etc.
It was at that moment that I knew I had to make a change.
I needed to get serious about what I REALLY wanted, who I REALLY was, and where I was going.
I had to start living my life on purpose.
I had experienced so much in my life, I worked with amazing people, did work I was proud of and loved,
or did I? But something was missing in a BIG way.
I had no idea who I was and I had ALL the symptoms:
~The overwhelming need to pretend everything is perfect
at all costs
~The unquenchable desire to “Fit In”
~The complete silencing of my own intuition
~Consistently meeting the needs of others while
neglecting my own
~Extreme physical, emotional and mental exhaustion
The more I thought about this list, the more I realized that this was not a job I wanted to do alone.
Admitting to myself that I couldn’t do everything,
I found a Life Coach of my own.
It was by far the best decision I ever made!!
While working with my coach, I quickly developed the skills that I needed to become resilient & emotionally healthy.
I could feel myself getting stronger and figuring myself out more and more with each session.
Then I had my A-HA moment!!
This was me, doing what I wanted on my own terms and building myself up, blazing my own life path.
I realized that I wanted others to feel this way too and I finally knew just the person to do that.
Life Coaching helped me become who I was always meant to be! I am so grateful to be able to help other women follow their heart, find out who they REALLY are and to redefine their relationships with partners and themselves!
